Why am I still hungry after I ate alot of food today?

Meaby you are not eating the right foods, some foods are just ment for snaking, not to use as a meal. Have you been eating full meals and all? Junk food also is not the best food, because you might feel full at first but you will get hungy sooner than eathing a good meal. Or it could be the simple fact that you are growing up, sometimes that makes a teen hungry more than usual.

Maybe you have a very fast metabolism…or…it could be that you’re not eating foods that are providing the nutrition your body needs. A lot of fast foods and restaurant foods have high fats and carbs. & even if you opt for veggies with a meal, it is still soaked in saturated fats, making it lose all it’s nutritional value. Try to eat fibers and grains and that might help you sustain longer. Good luck!

Some time you’ll be full, but it’s your brain telling you “I need more food” When you don’t. Or you can just have a fast metabolism. Usually if I already ate and im still hungry, i’ll wait a while and if im still hungry then i’ll go eat, again.

You may have a fast metabolism, you may be more active and need more energy, or you may have worms. Or you may be eating too much or the wrong foods, which are not keeping you satiated for a long enough time.
