How do I clean my nipple ring?

I got my nipple pierced yetsterday I want to no how to clean it I tried moving it but it hurts is it suppose to?

Best thing to do, get a shot glass, fill it with luke warm water, sea salt (I cant remember the measurements) and put it over your nipples. do one at a time so you dont make a huge mess lol. but it will clean out the area without drying it out so much and you wont have to move them around so much. keep an eye on them though! mine took a while to heal! :)

your welcome, you should refrain from movng it though, as it aggrivates the area its not necessary tomove it while its healing, you just need to clean it

your not supposed to move a new piercing (despite what some piercers tell you) because it aggrivates the area, can cause infection, and prolongs healing time to clean it get a cup or warm water and add a tablespoon of sea salt, then dab it around the wound with a cotton bud
