How to shed pounds quick???

so I’m female, 147 pounds, and only in middle school!! I really want to lose weight! I want smaller hips, skinny arms and legs (like thighs and calves!) and a suppperrr thin stomach! I want to be very skinny and toned! but I would lke to keep my bobs the same size! I’m a 32A. or maybe a 34a I cnt remember. what are the best low-calorie, healthy, weight loss foods??? what are the best excersizes that work the best and can help me lose weight as fast as possible??? I WANT TO BE SKINNY AND TONED AS QUICKLY AS I CAN!!! there’s a guy invovled, and I know looks dont matter, but I feel so fat and ugly around him!!! and I heard your fingers and face get thinner too?? and acne clears??? amazing things I could accomplishh!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because you may not need to loose any weight if you dont actually NEED to loose weight, dont its not worth risking your health and possibly other things like your fertility just to be skinny most guys dont like girls who have no meat on there bones anyway and another thing if you loose weight your boobs WILL shrink, there is nothing you can do to stop them getting smaller boobs are mnade up of fat, and the fatty areas are the first to go when loosing weight
