How do I relive the stress of taking care of a pregnant wife a 3 year old son, a 5 year old daughter and a 16 year old sister who was 13 when my parents died and I'm 21
keep a good routine that all can follow, allow down time for yourself, have rules for all to follow. When you feel that you are going to exploded then you need to talk to your wife and tell her you need a minute. (or an hour) any way it is all about commucation and everyone being on the same page and team. good luck
Try to take some time for yourself...I do not recommend weed. Just try and take at least a few hours a week off for some alone time..it'll make a huge difference
