is there any good ways to deal with stress? my dad just got a job 5 hours away and he will only be coming once and a while.
-exercise -chocolate- in small amounts -5-htp if your over 18 -do nice things for yourself; I.e. manicures, hot bathes, etc. -cognitive therapy to rethink how you rethink things
if it gets really bad go to the docyor and get some medication, thats what I did and I found out that I had disymia..wich is depression
GRAB your EARS, MOVE THEM AROUND IN CIRCLES, AND SAY "WHOO SAH" OR SUMTHIN FUNNY{ITZ A GOOD A WAY because IT MAKES you LAUGH}
