How to make my hair grow faster

Im desprete to grow my hair to my waist im suick of using scraggy extentions

because when your sleeping your moving around in a tight pony tail and it pulls your hair a bit so if you do that for like a year it will grow fast … im a girl thats how my hair grew fast not a dude:)

eat bout a pinch of horse tail once every 1-2 days 1_~ it will help your nails & hair grow faster

BUt carful, it can give you kidney stones if you eat too much, but a pinch a day isn’t so no worries less you’re prone to them.

Other than keeping it healthy, there’s not much you can do to make it grow faster

There are many products that claim to do this, but don’t fall for that hype - they don’t work

Here’s a clincher, though - it grows faster when you’re pregnant, lol

wear your hair in a high ponny tail at night its will grow faster

when I say longer I mean by about 6 or 7 inches (over time of corse), I alredy have straight hair

I’ve seen a friend grow lots of hair, and she says her nails got longer and she did get better skin after she used Reloxe.
