what you could do is get the wii fit, it records your curent weight and you can chose a goal for the end of the week or something like that. if you cant afford one just running around or up and down the stairs helps to. if you canbike a lot and make fruit smoothies, they REALLY help, if I were u. id get the wii and wii fit, and drink smoothies. hope I helped:)

Well losing weight is not just about the excercise you have to have a healthy diet to or it will be a waste of time… Create an excercise plan for yourself based on what you have to use like maybe if you have a bike you could go cycling or if you have a skipping rope you could skip etc… also their are lots of excercises you can do with out any equipment like jogging, walking, sit ups, crunchs, jumping jacks etc… so just have a think and create a plan that suits you… start off slow and work your way into it, and be sure to stick to it regulary or it will be no use to you at all.. Xo:)

My mom got the wii fit, it works quite well, you can set settings and goals and it’ll help, if you can’t afford it I sujest just taking an hour of or so and bike riding or some other activity where you move a lot. It doesnt nessesarily mean you have to buy a big machine, all you really have to do is walk up and down the stairs. It may sound stupid but it works.
