need reasons to lose weight or make your metabolism faster!! please I need answers!
ya that llewellyn person is smart.. also weight training helps stimulate the ol metabo. when i run i dont run @ a steady pace .. i sprint for 10 sec and jog for like 45 sec r something n do that over and over. exersize oo and also plenty of sleep:)
Instead of the traditional three meals a day, you should be eating six small meals. That keeps your metabolism going fast throughout the day. Never try to starve yourself. That only makes your metabolism slow down even more.
