How to lose weight fast!

Could someone give me some tips to lose weight fast? like foods to eat and excerises please?

Whole grain foods, nuts, beans, bran and/or oil for a healthy metabolism. For exercise jogging, push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, swimming or biking are all fine. Any movement will do it, but exercising all parts is good for other reasons besides calories.

As said, starving yourself never works. You’ll just gain it back and more. Don’t skip meals. Eat plenty of good food rather than trying to eat bad food and skimping. Diet food usually isn’t good food btw, just more small portion skimping. Try the above foods in large amounts plus fruits, veggies and a small amount of meat.

you cant lose weight fast..you body can lose 2-3 pounds a week. just look at the nutrition guide on the back of stuff…reduce you diet to 1300 calories..dont eat food with a lot of salt, sugar or carbs in it. walk 30 mins a day then just regular exercise. eat things like yogurts, whole wheat stuff, fruit, veggies, egg whites, special k stuff

DEPENDS HOW MUCH WEIGHT YOU WANNA LOOSE AND IN HOW MUCH TIME.???BUT TIPS WOULD BE NO SODA NO GREASY FOODS GRILL THEM IS WAY BETTER AND NO BUTTER NO SWEETS!!AT ALLL WATER ONLY EXERCISE a lot!! UHM DONT SKIP MEALS AT ALL!!DO LOTS OF CHORES AROUND THE HOUSE ALSO NO FAST FOOOD!!AND DONT STARVE YOURSELF BECAUSE I MEAN YOUR BODYY WILL GET USED TO NO FOOD AND YOU’D LOOSE THE WEIGHT BUT THEN OMG YOUR JUST DONE YOU’LL END UP IN THE HOSPITAL BECAUSE WHEN YOUR GUNNA WANNA INTAKE FOOD YOUR BODY WONT WANT IT ANYMORE

Eat healthy, lots of vegetable and fruit. As for exercises just walk everywhere and help out around the house.
