hey..the best way to lose a weight is to do running...just try to run 2 mile daily in the morning and in the evening...and true to run wid pace..if you dont get the time in the evening just walk up the stairs up and down and believe me in two months you really going to make urself 10 kgs lighter
do try nto eat gud food...avoid fats and other fast food stuff..if you want to know something more...mail me
just watch what you eat and exersize regularly and you should be a healthy weight size
