How to lose ten pounds?

Okay so I'll introduce you to my life. Last year I was 145 pounds and during the course of the school year I lost 15-18 pounds. During the summer I was 128. I went back to school and I got down to 118. But now I shot back up to 124.

I am 5'9 and I really liked my petite figure at 118...so I was wondering if anyone could help me re-achieve this goal?

This is what I've started doing...again. I eat five meals a day, ranging from 210-265 calories. So that's roughly 1000-1300 calories a day. I'm eating lots of protein, egg whites, protein bars, lentils, fish, chicken, yogurt, cheese...milk. I eat a lot of veggies...and fruits.

I want to be back down to 118 by Mid April, can you help me? Thank you.
