How to lose lots of weight in short time =(?

I am 19 years old, 5’3 and weight 184… sadly. I took gymnastics for 10 years and was very muscular. But I have been done now for about two years and my body has only gotten bigger and less tone. Since I do not need the mass of muscles I had before I want to slim down dramatically, with or without muscle. I wish to do this by May of this year. I am hoping to lose 70 lbs. Help.

You can’t lose that much weight in that much time without serious health risks. Everyone wants to get rich and skinny fast. It just doesn’t work that way. In 4 months, you could reasonably lose about 10 pounds by reducing calories and exercising.

It will take you as long to lose it as it took you to gain it.

you need to lift weights. running walking only burn calories while you heart rate is up. when you lift weights you burn calories for hours after and eat six small meals 3 hrs apart every day and make sure to stay hydrated some of the weight is probably water and when you keep drinking it your body will flush out the stored water bc it doesnt need to store it anymore bc theres a supply constantly coming in.

Drink only water. I know for some it’s really tough, but it’s possible to lose a lot of weight very quickly if you cut everything other liquid out of your diet. Also, everyone says that running is the best activity, however, fast paced walking is actually better for weight loss, while running is more for muscle building.
