How to lose 20lbs in 2 weeks without exercising . . ?

I know it sounds ridiculous not exercising but I seriously have NO time. I always have so much homework and I go to bed everyday at 2 from finishing it. sooo PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE helppp me ! I just want to feel pretty for once I feel as if im overweight and I hate that feeling so thinkin if I lost 20 pounds in a matter of 2 weeks before I go to florida with my friend I wont be embarrassed on how I look

If you feel hungry most of the time and you want to try to lose some weight,start going to bed for the right amount of hours your body needs.When you deprive your body of so much sleep it releases higher levels of your hunger hormone and decreases the level of the hormone that makes you feel full.So although I have no other advice on how you can loose 20lbs in 2 weeks,getting good sleep could help you out on the way.

I know this my seem strange… but you need 2 speed uop your metabolism if your not going 2 exercise. What you want tyo do is eat Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Between those meals eat a light snack. That way your body is always burning food and storing nutrients that your body can use. Now when I say light snacks I mean like yogurt, fruit amd cookies. Leaving soda alone helps a whole lot too. This method should work : )

I really dont think you can pull it off without seriously damaging your body. I really do think exercising is the way to go. Even if its just 30mins -1hr every coupla days. I think you are rushing things by trying to lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks, give it time, be patient all good things come in time :). This may not be what you are wanting to hear right now, but you could do some serious damage trying to lose that much weight in a small amout of time (yes I know im repeating myself, but im trying to get a serious point across). AGAIN stick with the exercise and a healthy diet and in time you will get the results you want.
