same here but im 5’6 and I weight 150pounds.. I also have a busy schedul … anyways just paricipate if you have any sports in your gym class if you have that in your schedul..if not then if I were you I’d buy a jump rope and when ever your bored and you have nothing to do like you finished all your homework and stuff just jump rope its not boring to do that ..it keeps you busy and its kinda fun do some jumping tricks with it in stead of staying in one place because if you do that u’ll get bored and tierd .. or you could go walking for 45mins or less… try to cut back on the fastfood stuff and drink a lot of water ..I also wanna lose weight so my plan is to eat less junk food and to cut back on the sodas and drinks like that … and to go jogging on the weekends you could limit urslef like the whole week you eat healthy and like on saturday or sunday but not both days ..u could eat a little bit of junk food… lol thats like my plan ..I bet if you do it too u’ll most likly to lose weight in 1 week so I hope this helps u

Just if you drink soda stop drinking that. eat less proportions of what you usally eat. Whatever you do DO NOT starve yourself! DO NOT thats so unhealthy hope you find this helpful

Answer #3

you should eat small portions of healthy food 6 or 7 times a day. your body won’t have to work as hard to digest large amounts of food and your metabolism will probably speed up.

Answer #4

its more than likely depends on where you want to loose it… like it its your arms or stomach you need to work out like sit ups and stuff… but its true dont starve yourself, you should set up some time like , before you start your day or walk more

Answer #5

Eat healthy, walk, that’s about all I know. Do not starve yourself because you will loose the weight but you’ll become unhealthy and you’ll have to eat sometime and when you do your going to gain that weight back very quickly

I checked you bmi and your off by like one pound to be in the normal range (well normal high, normal health range is 18.5-24.9), for your height/weight. your at 25.1 BMI so if you loose just one pound youll be normal weight for you height. so what im saying is that medically your over weight one pound. lol so your ok. so if you loose ten pound it would put you in a good healthy normal BMI, but like I said earilier you look fine (I mean whats one pound). but in case you go crazy about your weight remember your healthy normal weight range is (BMI) is 120 (low end normal) 159 (high end normal)

um at your age thats unrealistic you nee more like 6 to 8 week to do it in a healthy way. why??? b/c your in school and dont have the time and money to put into working out like moviestars do and even they take like 1 and half monsth to loose 15-20lbs. so if you do it by eating better no soda/fastfood and workout (playing sports/ jogging) you could loose about 8-10 lbs in 3 weeks, but not 15 or 20.

also from your picture you look fine, why do you need to loose some much weight??? check you body mass index (BMI) if you in the normal area then your fine dont worry about at your age have fun enjoy life before you have to pay bill and work all the time.
