hey; Im fourteen & I weigh 60 kilos.
&& I wont to loose about 10-15 kilos befour march. That doesnt consist of running or jogging. xx; Mehka;

lol if you cant run or jog, then use an eliptical machine if you can. Its a lot easier on you

I think 10-15 kg’s is a bit much how tall are you? healthy weight range for a 14 year old is 50 (for shorter people) to 65 (for taller people) kg
