How to improve on Confidence, initiative, presence?

I am a student and I was evaluated and given middle scores on the following areas, I have to write up a report on how I’ll improve on these, but I really have no idea because if I did I wouldn’t be having issues with them. Any Advice?

You might begin with two things that you can locate on the internet. A dictionary and a thesarus. The dictionary will give you the exact meanings of the words, and the thesarus will give you alternate words that mean close to the same thing.

… then, try this…

in the search window in your internet browser, start to key in statements such as…

How do I improve my confidence? How do I gain initiative? How can I improve my presence?

If you use your internet browser in such a manner, you will not only come up with most of the answers that you are going to get here, but many times you will be directed to more professional web sites that can give you some terrific ideas that you can take into account when you write.
