How to hide lip piercing???

Okay so I just pierced my lip myself, how do I hide it, yet keep my hole from closing up??? My dad can’t see it or else he’ll kill me, haha. Any ideas?

That was a very stupid move. Your dad will certainly find out when it gets infected. Self-piercers fail 9 and a half out of 10 times. Piercings that weren’t done by a professional are VERY likely to get infected since they weren’t done right. You can’t hide a fresh lip ring. Even if you would of got it done professionally like you should have, you still can’t take it out until it’s healed or else the hole will close up. Piercings that weren’t done right get f*cked up and end up not healing right at all. Your best bet is to take the jewlery out. Let the hole close up and keep a close eye on it. If it starts getting infected TELL YOUR DAD. True he’ll be pissed off, but you’ll have to tell him so that the infection can be cared for. And a little piece of advice for the future - DON’T pierce anything yourself again. If you want a piercing but are underage, why don’t you just try reasoning with your dad? Explain to him the truth/facts about piercings. Begging a little might help too. If not, try letting it rest for a week or so then asking again. If that still doesn’t work, then simply wait until your 18. Then you can legally get a piercing without a parent/legal guardian’s consent.

My dad didn’t want me to get my lip pierced but I wanted snakebites really bad. My mom took me to get them done, and the next day when I went to visit my dad, he saw it and was disapointed at first but was over it within a week. Just fess up.

get a small diamond studd!(: you can pull it inside your lip and it goes away lol I do this all the time at school when the principal is around. teeheee

I have mine done to and I would put a clear container in or when ever your around him just act like your chewwing/bitting on your necjlace or something I don’t know

you cant hide it, you mite as well fess up to it and see what happens. just tell him it coulda been worse you coulda got somthing else pierced
