My Computer > Tools > Folder Options > View (tab) > Show hidden files and folders (OK).. Go to Local Disk > Documents and Settings > Your personal folder (it should have your name on it) > Application Data > Microsoft > Templates > Find the file “Normal.dot” and delete it
