I exercise I eat less and yet my belly fat will not go away, I've gotten thin in almost every other part of my body except for my stomach. I really want six-pack abs please tell me how
Crunches on a regular basis like 3x a week for 20 minutes if you can. Try to stairstep your progress if 20 minutes is way too long. Lots of walking helped a good friend of mine. She looked like a toothepick after having a baby because she walked in the mall and parks all the time. No pop because it will make that area bulge up the fastest. Trust me this is my downfall.
saturated n trans fats accumulate particularily in that area. watch what u eat:)
