How to get rid of my period?

Can you please help me I have had my three times now and im on the third time, first time it was a really big shock to me a couple of days would pass and it would be gone. Second time, it wasnt supposed to come but it did I asked mum why and she said that its because I was stressing it went away the next day. Now I am up to my third and I have really bad pains in the belly and it is really heavy it is really starting to annoy me I just wish that you could just stop your period forever

Most likely you’re a teenager so there isn’t a doctor anywhere that will perform a procedure on you that will make your period stop.

All girls go through this, it’s something that you might as well consider a part of you and growing up. You’ll have it every month and it will last from 3-7 days. You could have cramps, bloating, headaches & mood swings. It’s normal, you might as well accept it.

you guys give lame advice. If you want to stop your period talk to your doctor about birth control. One method that stops it completly is the deprovera shot. It lasts 3 months and there is no need to take pills

If you have cramps, invest in Midol. It’s worth every penny!

well if u dont want to take birh controle u need to do these 2 things 1 exersize a lot on the first day 2 when ur on ur period or u know u r close to it

eat less food  
go on a temporary diet like only 2 meals a day no snakes
