How can I get rid of period bloating?

Food baby as in I get a pot belly for a week because I ate a little much or too heavy of a food (I bloat very easily) seriously anything I can do? The food baby is a result of being forced fed a big blue berry bagel that wasn’t toasted with cream cheese and a giant cookie that just tasted like sugar by the school secretary(sweet of her to do so, but I can’t stand these foods but ate it anyways)because my blood sugar and blood pressure were quite low and I was looking very pale (I’m pale anyways, but it didn’t work)

any tips to get rid of it in a day or two while on my period?

salt makes you bloat easily so avoid salty foods like chips
