Anyone have advice, a simple technique to help gain focus and let go negative thought, regain "self", confidence?
this is kinda hard, because its differant for everyone. but instead of focusing on the negitive things of yourself, give yourself compliments, tell yourself your so pretty, or maybe compliment something you may like about you, something your good at, a physical trait you like, or even do something that makes you happy. like i said, its differant for everyone, those are just a few ideas, hope i could help!
