Okay I keep overeating! I really need to lose weight so HOW can I stop myself when I’ve had enough to eat?
-Eat slowly - chew each bite 20 times - when you eat to fast you are not giving yourself time to digest and time enough for your body to tell you that you full. -Drink a whole glass of water before you eat a meal -Carry around healthy snacks with you so you dont buy junk -Write down everything you eat - you are less likely to overeat when you see all that you have written down. -Eat at the dinner table with no tv on - when overeat when we watch tv. -Organize your pantry into servings - dont leave a whole bag of potato chips, seperate it into serving sizes in zip lock baggies -Eat healthier foods and stay away from carbs.
when you want a snack drink water instead if you don’t feel like drinking and want to chew somthing try ice cubes or gum
