Answer #1

Step 1: Bachelors of science ( biology, psychology, neuroscience or chemistry) + MCAT Step 2: Medical school Step 3: Residency/psychiatry training

MCAT books,

MCAT Resources - come in 2 forms: practice questions/drills vs. comprehensive tomes that just have information

(I am not including actual formal review courses - the only ones I know that do this are Kaplan and Princeton Review, apparently ExamKrackers has one as well)

Use these along with your premed classes, starting freshman year of undergrad, or if you are in high school, along with AP Biology, AP Chemistry, and AP Physics and again in undergrad when you have to take it when it counts for a grade like ANYTHING to do well requires practice: doing practice drills, commercial practice tests, AAMC practice MCATs
