Your not going to see drastic change, but you havta eat little meals like 5 times a day. Or just cut your meals in half! I did this and I lost like 4 lbs in 3 days. yOU HAVE TO EXCERCISE TO SEE A BIG DIFFERENCE. When I followed this diet and I excercised it would make me lose an additional lb each day.

ExCersice itsthe only thing thats going to help you loose it fast and do it on a routine.. I know it sux but what can we do,. ull get in the routine ounce you start to do it. =/ go for it !! you can loose the pounds quick !

A few days is very quick. The time depends on your weight, diet, exercise, etc. My boyfriend successfully lost 30 lbs in about 2 months on the Southbeach Diet. He loved it. I would hate it though. It involves a lot of veggies that I don’t like. I’m very petite. If you are thin, than go for toned, not thinner. Toned looks better than being a toothpick. I loved aerobic kickboxing and it toned great!
