I asked my son’s doctor the same thing recently- we are a short family, lol – she said nothing but good nutrition and drink LOTS of milk to help you bones and muscles grow – LOTS of milk! - oh yeah, and don’t smoke - it depletes the nutrients in you body. Oh, for what it’s worth I’m over 40 years old now and I grew 1/2” 2 years ago – REALLY! - after I had been doing Pilates for almost a year. Not sure why - probably because it helps stretch out muscles and helps your posture- so I’d recommend Pilates or Yoga too.

Sure. Consult an orthopeodic surgeon and what he will do is cut your legs off just below the knees.. he will then insert titanium spacers onto the severed leg and bolt them on with titanium screws. He will then reattatch your legs and insert all of the appropriate screws. After the skin graphs you will be wheelchair ridden for about 6 to 8 months. You can then be up to 21/2 inches taller.
