Adequete food is the number one factor in growth, even above genetics. If you're not getting enough during a growth spurt, you'll be stunted. Try a well balanced diet to make sure you aren't missing anything, but most importantly just get enough.
Foods with plenty of calcium and riboflavin may help things like:
they wont make you taller but theyll encourage your body to makr you taller
You gro on your own, no food is going to stimulate that.
