He yall how are u ??? I weight 127 I want to be 115 howw???/ and I want it fast like in 2 weeks or soo please help

all not eating is going to do is make you weak you muscles will wither away, and youll feel tired, weak and sluggish not to mention endanger your health, and possibly fertility and life the key to weight loss is eating healthy and exerscising reguarly unless you want bones sticking out instead of toned muscles also go to a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) correctly calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in now, and what one you should be in and secondly if youve got nothing to losse on you, then your body will do everything it can to stop weight loss being smart is the key to loosing weight not thinking “omg im fat…well ill just be stupid and starve myself for a while”

I can help cause I went through the same thing, okay well im not sure if its actually possible to lose that much weight that fast but you can take these pills called acai berry, I dont take pills or lipo suctuon, I just ate right and sometimes not at all, and I ran around for 20-30 minutes every day and ran up and down the stairs 6 times aswell, I actually lost weight that way, hope this helps!! <3 love always- aerogirl17

that fast of weight loss isnt healthy try 1-2 pounds a week, not 6

only way to lose weight is to work for it. Try eating healthy and working out daily.
