at 14 its illegal to get a tattoo you must be 18 or 16 with parental consent in some places (which in my opinion is stupid becase 16 year olds are too young) no profesional can tattoo a 14 year old kid, even with parental consent personally I like the second wording but you cant get a tattoo legally now wait a few years, think more about what you want, and then get it when you 18
