how possible is that everybody has a look-alike?

how possible is that everybody has a look alike, in some part of the word even if they are not from the same sex, for example, im a guy I and I would like to know somebody look-alike me if is a guy, but if is a woman it would better, it would be very rare, I think it would be funny. Do you have somebody look- alike you from the same or opposite sex, I dont know if that is possible. What do you think?

Ah, dopplegangers. There is a theory that everyone has a doppleganger (the show “How I Met Your Mother” has played with this theory a lot). It does make sense. There is nearly 7 billion people on Earth, chances are that at least one person will look like you.
