hi, I am 5ft 7 and I weigh 64.5kg, I really need to loose weight and get toned before the 22nd, how much could I loose, and does anyonehave any ideas on how to loose it quickly.
I need to get down to 56kg pref
Exercise, jump rope at least 592 jumps every day, 100 sit ups, and do 100 crunches... oh and cut the bad sugar from your diet, like soda and candy bars and ice cream... It truly works. yet you'll loose wait but gain muscle... (it's what I do everyday, try to find a patteren to work with when jumping though...)
well you've got 10 days left...so I reckon on a normal diet you could lose something like 1.25-4.5lb...which I think is about 0.5-2kg?
losing the 8.5kg you want to lose would mean you'd have to lose 0.85kg per day! which I think you could only do if you don't eat for the 10 days.

starve ya self and work out for at least 2 hours a day thats what I do and it works perfect ya can lose over a stone a week
You don't look like you need to lose anything. You already have a nice shape.
I'd say you can drop down to 62 kg if you want to do it in a healthy way.
