How much should a 13 yr. old 5,1ft girl wheigh?

I’m just curious and I want to make sure I’m not fat I know I could just look in the mirror right? but I don’t know

I believe the proper weight (if there is one) is 100 to 134lbs. I am 20 and 5’1 and I weight about 10 pounds more than this and Im fine. It really depends on your body type where you hold your weight and what you feel comfortable with.

It also depends on your height honey your genetics your muscle structure… there are many factors.

I believe its wrong to say that every 13 yr old should be___kg if your worried or not even just concerned, which its healthy to be just go to your gp and ask they can do quite a few easy non invasive tests to make sure you are a healthy body weight. also another option is to go 2 a gym they can do a few tests 2 see if you are the right weight for you muscle mass…as iin test that your not carrying to much fat content. Otherwise you could just do a simple BMI test there are plenty on the internet which tells you were abouts you fit on a scale of all other girls your age.
