How much protein in chicken breast?
A regular sized chicken breast can have 50 - 60 grams of protein in it ... take into consideration where you're getting your chicken from, as many poultry products are filled with water to plump them up.
A chicken breast is almost all protein with only a tiny amount of fat. So if you're eating a typical portion size which is around 4-6 oz of chicken, then you're eating 4-6 ounces of protein.
Sorry Dude, protein isn't calculated that way. You get about 10 grams of protein per ounce of cooked white chicken meat.
