how much does it cost to add a bathroom in the attic?

We have a finished loft in the attic and a unfinished back. We were thinking of making a master suite in the unfinished back of tha attic. We think we might need to add some head room to add the bathroom for the suite.HOW MUCH TO ADD HEAD ROOM IN THE ATTIC ANS A BATHROOM?

How much all depends on the materials (like HOW BIG?? and the dimensions)…it will also vary from carpenter to carpenter, if you’re hiring one. Some are hungrier than others, tho the materials will run the same no matter who you choose.

Sinks, tubs, shower stalls…surrounds…fixtures, all vary in price from pretty cheap, to VERY expensive…so that part would also depend on what you choose.

Keep in mind, bathrooms and kitchens are the most expensive rooms to renovate.

And if you need to run the plumbing to the attic that can get very costly aswell.
