Sure there are a lot of variables, but aren’t there industry benchmark prices. In residential homes you can plan on spending $80/sqft to $150/sqft and without all the details figured out you know about what you’re going to get at each price point. Is there anything like that for apartment buildings? I’d imagine it’d be less/sqft since you’re sharing resources between the units.

Hi,

There are too many variables that would change the cost…where in Georgia? The location will change the price of the land. If it’s isolated, you may have to pay contractors more to come out and work. What building materials are you using? What is your deadline–this will change how long you need to pay workers. Will you take the cheaper routes in terms of materials? How is the supply of contractors versus the demand in the area…etc…etc..etc.
