hey good ? and dont listen 2 any of that stuff of as long as your happy …physical appearance is important and if your asking then it must have some sort of impact on u…well I think you should loose as much weight you need 2 look slim and attrative not that your not but I say that datz all that matters…

Answer #2

Well, it’s hard to say because if you are happy with yourself, you don’t need to lose any weight. If you want to lose weight no one else can tell you how much to lose. Get on a healthy diet and exercise plan and just lose down to what makes you happy. Don’t worry about anyone else, or how much THEY want you to lose. It’s all you girl…Good luck. :) :)

Answer #3

Based on your weight, and height,Id say you should lose between 20,and 40 pounds. but It kinda depends on your build,as well.

Answer #4

Hey okay, well you may want to try Slim4Life. They have personal coaches that help you decide on personal healthy goals, and they help you reach your goals by watching what you eat, not ‘dieting.’ There is also no exercise involved in their plan, although it always helps!!! There are also many other places you can go, but I suggest a weight loss coach. They will help you find a healthy goal that you can reach and make sure you get the weight off and keep it off!!! Best of luck to you! :)
