they arent allowed to refuse to sell to you unless you are clearly drunk/stoned or wearing something inappropriate such as just underwear lol.

Did you ask why they wouldn’t let you buy the stuff? There is no limit on the number of items you can buy, so unless they could give you some other reason you should definitely ask to speak to the manager next time.

if ou went in and bought near 100 clothes they might assume you stole the money other than that no, a store cant refuse to sell you soemthing unless they have clear and legal rules like they sold adult things and a child wasnt allowed to buy them but you are an adult so other than them thinking you might have stolen the money if you have a LOT and buy a LOT I cant think of anything
