We are all made out of dirt and dust, everything we eat was once dirt or something else non-living from the earth. You eat and basicly we eat plant bodies all the time and most people at animal bodies and very few people eat human bodies.
so say all my mom ever ate was corn and drank only water and when I was born that corn was only from the dirt of other corn. So when I was born I would have parts of 2 different bodies in me, corns, my humans (my mom and dad)
I think what you may be talking about is the fact that we are all made up of elements, chemicals, and compounds that have been recycled through other living creatures down to the ages of life on Earth. If by "dirt and dust" you are referring the the elements of the periodic table, you are absolutely correct that the elements in your body almost certainly were once a part of other living creatures. I once read a mathematical treatment of the chances that in every breath you draw there are one or two molecules that were once breathed by Jesus Christ. The chance are about 100%.
I can sort of follow your logic. However, it's not like we have parts of people and organisms floating around our bodies all the time. For example, protiens come out of food and are turned into things our bodies can use in protein synthesis. So, we use these bits up over time, so you can't really count the stuff that's been used already.
I'm not sure I quite understand where you're going with this, but you were not born from dirt and dust - you were created by your parents and grew in your mother's womb - you are made of flesh and blood, not dirt and dust
The food you eat is passed through, leaving behind the nutrients to keep you healthy
