Answer #2

Drugs + alcohol will also increase your risk of dehydration…especially alcohol.

Answer #3

when smoking it can give you loss of breath and you get tired very quick

Answer #4
  1. it will decrease the amount of oxygen you can take in. it decreases the diffusion rate which slows body performance down.
  2. sleep helps heal your body, when you do an activity you do some small damage to muscles which makes you get better and stronger. not getting enough sleep decreases how much your body heals. also in REM sleep, when you are in the deepest sleep, your brain actually makes you better at a sport. it helps you get faster movements for the easy explanation.
  3. alcohol dehydrates u. plain and simple. and also it will hurt your brain with making you better at the sport or watever.
  4. they damage your brain.
Answer #5
  1. it will REALLY mess up your lungs and eventually you’d find it hard to breathe or do sprints. for nearly every part of sports you need to sprint and stuff like that, plus running for endurance.
  2. not enough sleep won’t rest your body enough, you won’t get enough energy from sleeping. in other words.. your battery wont be fully charged so you wont put out 110%
  3. it dehydrates you entirely and you’ll have to drink a lot of water to keep toped up
  4. your bodyily functions wont working properly, so if your doing a sport where you need to do different things you might find it really difficult to get the technique of something right
Answer #6

smoking can f up your lungs
