for people trying to lose weight, how does green tea help you lose weight???
In some studies green tea increased people metabolism a few percent. It might help a little for weight loss but don't expect miracles. It seems that Oolong tea works better in this respect but I personally only liike green and white teas.
Of course lilke intense said, it has no calories itself so if you replace other beverages that have calories that is a plus.
If the green tea is replacing usual everyday drinks of say milkshakes/coffees/soft drink then yes it could help to lose weight. But you also need to excersise on a regular basis and eat well.
