How does chemotherapy effect a person that has diabeties?

O.k so lets get on into this… Lastnite my mother told me she has been feeling a growth in her stomach 4 about 6 years… So I have been doing research on what it could be and I came across a youtube vid where a girl explained she had the same symptoms and it turned out to be ovarian cancer I told my mom maybe she should get checked and she told me she was scared because she is already a diabetic and she doesnt think she will make it out of chemo alive… Im researching so that I can find the effects that chemo has on diabetics so I can present them to her so she will feel @ ease with getting checked out please healp me

Uhm ignoring the problem will not make it go away. And there are other treatment options. Either way, whatever the issue is will not go away by not getting a check up. It could be a really simple thing that could be easily fixed.
