How does benedryl effect you personally?

I took some yesterday for allergies and was awake all day and all night totally wired. Most people I speak to say it makes them tired but I have the polar opposit effect. How does your body react?

I seem to have a 50/50 chance of either being knocked out or wired, so I stay away from it.

It can, but mostly will make you sleeply

it’s never bothered me. I have bad allergies and beleive it or not I am allergic to every other product on the market. Weird huh

I have no side effects what so ever… other allergy medicins havee given me extreme belly cramps so i avoid them…benedrryl does the trick for me

Benedryl always knocks me out, I stay away from it too.
