How do you use a bat file to change somebody's desktop background?

I am using this info as a joke for my buddy I think he will get a kick out of it please help me

u just right click go to properties and then it wall say desktop and if you want to get a picture off the interned just copy the image and save it in his pictures and then go back to the desktop and click browse and then click on your picture and that should work =)
