How do you stop headaches without pills?

how do you stop headaches without pills because sometimes when I take them they dont work and I cant take another one ,, I’ve tried sleeping putting a flannel on my head and all sorts of things and they dont work! I suffer a lot from them and I need help!!! Thankyou

my chiropractor taught me to rub the skin in between your pointer finger and your thumb…but thats just if you’re starting to feel a migrane or headache, not if you already have a full blown one.

This may sound weird but its a hispanic remedy to cut thin slices of raw potato and place them on your forhead and temples … then grab a piece of cloth and put a few drops of rubbing alcohol on it and wrap it over the potatos! Then lay still for about 20-30 minutes !!!

WEIRD I KNOW … but its worked for me!

If the head ache is from stress, try doing something that relaxes you. Go soak in a warm bath and put a cool damp rag over your eyes. Meditate or pray. Go for a walk. You also might be dehydrated, so fill up on water.

lay down in your room turn off all the lights and try to fall asleep. it works for me.
