How do you lose fat percentage?

Ok, I don’t understand it, for the past week I have been eating healthy and I had hockey for an 1hr 30m yesterday, today is my birthday and my sister decided to buy me a cake at 12:00 so I had a piece, and now it said I’ve gained fat percentage…could it be that it’s not digested yet? Or what…and give me how to lose weight fast, thanks (:

according to the wii fit, your weight is said to change by about +-2lb every day. this is probably because it wasnt digested, but it could have been the weight change or the fact that you wer wearing heavy clothes. keep up the healthy eating tho :)
