How do you increase the amount of food you can eat?

Im on a bulking diet right now and I am supposed to consume 4400 calories daily but I can barely eat 2700 calories, so how do you increase the amount of food you can eat on a daily basis.

oh & IGNORE all the ones above , I know I wrote to your other one already but honestlt dont go get fatty greasy sugary foods like those. you need good carbs such as spagetti & chicken and steak && breads & eat fruits & you could also buy the bars they have high calorie bars for all of that :)

Eat Candy[: Or like McDonalds for breakfast bk For lunch and Something really gressy for dinner and A HUGE sundae for desert and a lot of fatning snacks like Chips[TheBigPack] and other stuff

I don’t know if this is a good answer or not but…Why not just find the food with the highest calories. Then maybe you won’t have to eat so much. To increase what you eat you have to increase your stomach size. If you eat as much as you can everytime you eat then your stomach will stretch over time. I don’t think that is good for you though.

try to eat high calorie meals eating 1 whopper from burger king has about 1000 calories and then eating the fries and drink will be aroind 1300 calories

Eat high calorie foods. For example if you eat three big plates of salad its around 300 calories, but two peanut butter cups are also 300 calories. Its all in the calorie content of the foods you are eating. You have to be careful of what you are eating though because those high calorie foods are extremely high in fat and sugar which may only help build fat and not as much muscle as high protein foods.
