how do you keep hating someone?

but like they dont like me and im trying to show them I hate them 2 but its so freakin hard I really did care about them and I want to hate them sooo bad!

Keep on reminding yourself on what they did. But you need to forgive and forget. Show them that your better than them by being the mature one.

I don’t know but you keep on loving them because you have this idea that theyre some one theyre not even if you know its not true

YOU DON’T, it takes up to much time, energy and makes you age to fast. Just let it go.

if their not your friends anymore just get them out of your mind and your life completely and that will prove that you don’t care about them at all.
