How do you do a really nice messy bun or pony?

I have blonde hair and everybody as started wearing messy styles hair, and I really like it, but my hair is really thin and I was wondering how do I do a really nice messy pony or bun?

Can anyone give advice?

yeah just wet your hair make it messy with your hands and tie your hair up without brushing it I do it sometime

ok what you can do is get a bottle of moose and when your hair is damp flip your hair upside down and scrunch it… take the moose and put it in the palm of your hand and keep like squeezing your hair to make it kinda wavy or curly.. keep doin that for a minute and then you can add some hairspray to make sure it stays in that kinda messy curly look… then you could just throw it up in a pony tail once it dries and it will have that messy but cut look.. let it dry before you put it up and when you do put it up dont use a brush because then that would defeat the purpose of having it messy lol… good luck
