How do lose weight fast?

M 14yrs old…I hve a sweet tooth(big problem) I try 2 execise regularly but I lack determination…I also try 2 diet but pig out later and den I regret it(a lot)…my whole family loves food…especially sweets…so how am I supposed to prevent myself from eatin carbs especially when people around me are eating it all the time???sum help here pls…also wats the most effective exercise that wil help me to lose wt? And wats the correct weight for 5’2”???
