I am a manager at a fast food resturant and I"ve been workin there over a year and its pretty much become my habit to grab somethin to eat when I come on to work- how can I break the habit? Im not overwieght or anything yet. But its not good to eat that crap almost everyday
Bring your lunc to it and have it be healthy that way you can eat there and not be hungy when you see the food there. Meaby in the restarount there is like some salads and you can choose that instead of anathing that is junk food.

Th water idea is good and mint is supposd to be good for suppressig hunger, so if you take some gum or mints in with you that might put you off. x
Have a healthy meal before you go in to work.. and keep a btl of water with you all the time so you dont feel hungy ... Xo:)
